Chef Madeline Sheblessy is a Cincinnati native whose love of cooking began in the kitchen with her grandmother, where she learned that food is about more than recipes — it’s about care, tradition, and bringing people together. She went on to build her career in professional kitchens across the region and earned national recognition as a competitor on Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games and Chopped.

After serving as Executive Chef at Lonely Pine Steakhouse, Chef Madeline is thrilled to step into the role of owner, continuing the restaurant’s legacy while bringing her own vision to the table. Her cooking is rooted in seasonal ingredients, sustainable sourcing, and a deep commitment to the Pleasant Ridge community.
